Spring in the Canadian Prairies!

Take a look at this potato field photographed on May 13th. In Manitoba the average temperature for this time of year is 16 degrees celsius - 2004 appears to be below average! While the area was requiring moisture, the 40 millimetres of snow delivered by this freak storm was described as a little extreme.
