Quality assured 10 years on
Phosyn´s biannual ISO9001 external audit took place recently with the company's head office, production facilities and laboratories under inspection.
10 years on from the first accreditation and once again the audit found "no non-conformances", which actually means that our Pocklington-based Team are providing a truly first class level of service and support to our customers world-wide.
The ISO auditors went on to say: "Phosyn fully embraces the principles of continual improvement with analysis of problems, identifying target areas and setting up working groups to identify solutions."
From product development and manufacture through to marketing and support services, Phosyn has again proven the quality that underpins our company and business approach.
