Teprosyn seed treatment performs again
In a 2002 replicated field trial, carried out at Roodebloem and Caledon in South Africa, wheat and barley crops on 5 copper deficient sites were treated with Phosyn´s Teprosyn Copper seed treatment.
Teprosyn Copper gave improved early plant vigour and this ultimately led to substantial increases in grain yields averaging 17.1% across the 5 sites. Thousand grain weights were also consistently improved.
The application of Teprosyn Copper in this work gave a healthy return on investment of more than 20 to 1.
